Those are not real facts, but rather opinions on what one is aware of. Yes they did file with a small fee, but is that all they did, or just what was perceived by someone. And 100M shares being issued....that probably had sometime to do with furthering the company acquisition of assets. I don't know for sure, but I do know that is not all the facts. Where are the actual facts?
