The actual facts is that they sold over one Billion shares (1.3 BILLION TO 2.3 BILLION O/S) on an MJ pump and dump, and only filled out a $50 app. fee, negated their acquisition promises, and only had news about some skin care mystery product in development, that had nothing to do with their previous PRs.
Oh, and that they are now more transparent, and looking to increase shareholder value, with the exciting news they had that dropped the PPS 400%. Other than that, great company.
