On May 16, 2014 the Company entered into a Definative Acquisition Agreement with LaunchTV Network Company, Inc. The Company will acquire one hundred percent (100%) of the stock in exchange for nine thousand (9,000) series B Preferred Shares. Closing was consummated on May 19, 2014.
