Well looking at the 10-Q FDMF did verify the acquisition was complete as of yesterday. Check the 10-Q and go quite a ways down at the subsequent events section and you will see that the closing of the acquisition consummated on 5/19/2014 . That would be yesterday and I feel that was the reason why the 10-Q was filed late.
