He "spent" $60K, generated excitement that still goes on, turned around and dumped a billion shares and raised, at least, 5 times of that amount, not a bad investment, since this is his company and he owns it outright. AGain, if it was such a "big deal" of CEO buying shares why share price lost 100% within a week after his "alleged" purchase, and yes he "purchased" 50 million but diluted a billion within the same month, where is the logic behind "buying back", while diluting? The logic behnd buying back is to reduce # of OSs not to increase by 20 times. IMHO

Juan, Floyd owns 114mil shares. Below are the purchases since feb2014. But, I still wonder why he took so much money up front on this most recent S1, maybe he didn't expect CPUS to totally destroy the price in less than a week. Bottom-line, he better be on the up & up cause the last thing we all need is for him to have issues with the SEC.
