Fact is he spent $60,000 out of his pocket to buy at .0012 both in February and in April. The shares bought in April are down right now.

The form 4 is a filing for personal purchase, if his he used company funds then that would be entirely different and I guess considered a share buyback at the same time.

In the OTC there are many ways for less to sell shares vs spending $60k out of pocket.
