THAT'S TRUE; PEOPLE BOUGHT THIS STOCK BECAUSE OF ITS POTENTIAL.

However; the share structure was kind of NOT nice; I think if ECDC could reduce or retire some shares may raise it up; however; it won't happen in near future.
