networm, thanks for pointing that out, but it would be a shame if he keeps selling and stunting the momentum after a record backlog, blowout qtr, and an AMEX listing looming. KSWW is now my largest BB holding as I think the combination of fully taxed 9 PE going forward, stupendous sequential increases in both revenues and EPS, and a solid balance sheet are very rare these days for any stock- especially one just about to step up to a better exchange. KSWW, The sale of stock is over 2 years and it is a small part of his holdings according to the PR. He may want to be ready to sale some shares if it goes AMEX and the PS goes way up.
I like that scenario better. :)


Looking at the 10K, I could not find how many shares he owns and how many options he has. Any clue?
