KSWW, The sale of stock is over 2 years and it is a small part of his holdings according to the PR. He may want to be ready to sale some shares if it goes AMEX and the PS goes way up.
I like that scenario better. :)


Looking at the 10K, I could not find how many shares he owns and how many options he has. Any clue?
