Princess Petroleum volunteered to plug the wells because they got tired of Treaty's foot dragging and Bullshit excuses. Princess want's to move on with thier concession. They hope to find a new operator that will be less embarrassing and more efficient and successful at drilling oil wells. Somebody that actually knows how to conduct a oil exploration program rather than a share selling pump and dump scam.
