LOL! Yea they did... But of course that is not the proper way to plug a well... Environmental and safety concerns and all... Treaty had little interest in that.

Princess Petroleum volunteered to plug the wells because they got tired of Treaty's foot dragging and Bullshit excuses. Princess want's to move on with thier concession. They hope to find a new operator that will be less embarrassing and more efficient and successful at drilling oil wells. Somebody that actually knows how to conduct a oil exploration program rather than a share selling pump and dump scam.
