It is my understanding that the repayment of the 5mil judgement may not have to be repayed due to a bankruptcy filed by part of the judgement holder. Just something I dug up a while back on my own DD not known to be fact but very interesting none the less. It is my opinion that is part of what is in question on the finacials. IMHO
