I think the 5M in debt is an illusion of sorts. Does anyone think that money will ever be repaid? Does it really have to be? I think that's part of the smoke and mirrors in penny stocks and businesses in general. There are many ways to get that money back if needed and it doesn't have to be obvious to the casual investor. Think about it. all imo
