The necessary permits are being addressed. I wouldnt worry about that too much. As far as the company dumping shares into the market I suspect you are right. I fully expect the o/s to be well over 400 million the next time they report. The same thing happened about a year ago. I personally would be very concerned about this if not for the fact that I believe in the long run this company is going to be so successful.
