I agree- this is a bit shady- taking the assets- at least some- What we don't know is the new company- They new company HAD to have the RS per ITRA- That is still in play- along with the outstanding SS- So no dilution is coming....and if they have $$$ in the bank and wanting to be on the big boards fast- IPO - then we have something here....
