It looks like the letter an arsonist would leave on the door of a building he just set fire to. And hold your breath waiting for the new owners to talk to you. Now you can't talk to FH, don't know who runs your company, and your not sure if the former CEO just walked off with all the worthwhile assets in a sweetheart deal for his shares.
But no problems. I'm sure it will all work out fine. This is the US. You have the SEC and FINRA to protect you.
