We are currently looking to merge or sell the shell outright. We have twice been offered a buyout, one offer at .01 and the other at .0125 which were both rejected for reasons I do not care to share at this time. We are currently in discussions with a chemical company based out of Rolle, Switzerland but cannot divulge any details due to SEC regulations.

I can confirm that the shares outstanding stand at 90 million. We have not released shares into the market in several years and do not plan on doing so for the foreseeable future. I cannot confirm the floating shares at this moment but will guess that it stands around 35 to 50 million.

Filing work is a fluid situation and have had several delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We hope to have them out by 1st QTR 2014 but understand that it is not a hindrance in our discussions with potential suitors.

Shell research is time consuming...Long term

hold periods are the big deterrent for many

to forgoe spending the DD time...

The big pump on big, share count mj action

for a few months is like a 'once in a blue moon'

occurence in pennyland...The folks that spent

the time accumulating big share amounts before

promoing them were well rewarded though...

Before you waste a lot of time you have to ask

yourself the important question...

Is it worth the time to buy a 100,000 shares at

.001 of several companies and hold them a long

time until one re-emerges and plows up in price

to 2 to 4 cents or more?...

Its easier to add some shares on the way up when

one of the companies you follow gets asked to dance...

And the 2nd question...

When you see all the hurrah about different

companies that do temporary pop ups, can you

maintain the long term research approach?...

Heck, you already say you have a winner in the bag

so you can spend a little time doing some DD...LJ
