pitadog: I have been in the market continuously since November 1966. Please give me the name of one firm that has been held accountable for naked shorting without borrowed shares and were held accountable by the SEC (e.g. suspended from trading for XXX number of days). I hope that you don't believe that illegal naked shorting is not going on. Writing Representatives, Senators, of both parties and signing a WH Petition ( especially this WH ) are a total waste of time. I have written many respectful letters to many politicians ( McCain, Graham, Kyle, Gowdy, to name just a few ) and 99 percent of the time the reply is a "Boiler Plate Ol' Soft Shoe Tap Dance" that didn't even come close to answering my question, so much so that I question did anyone even read the content of my letter past the subject line. Sincerely, Senior Chief

Was recently watching a series that I believe was originally aired on CNBC called Wall Street Warriors. It is entertaining and gives a person who does not have a clue what goes on Wall Street some insight into this world. I had my girlfriend watch a couple of episodes. She did not like the references to corruption and greed. It saddened her that there are those that would sell their mama out to make a buck. I told her this is how it is and happens everyday. Some of the featured players eluded to this, but didn't come right out and say it. I think that everyone who has been in the market long enough knows, but maybe doesn't want to believe that the playing field is not level.

Everyone can say what they want, but it is what it is..... imo.
