pitadog: I have been in the market continuously since November 1966. Please give me the name of one firm that has been held accountable for naked shorting without borrowed shares and were held accountable by the SEC (e.g. suspended from trading for XXX number of days). I hope that you don't believe that illegal naked shorting is not going on. Writing Representatives, Senators, of both parties and signing a WH Petition ( especially this WH ) are a total waste of time. I have written many respectful letters to many politicians ( McCain, Graham, Kyle, Gowdy, to name just a few ) and 99 percent of the time the reply is a "Boiler Plate Ol' Soft Shoe Tap Dance" that didn't even come close to answering my question, so much so that I question did anyone even read the content of my letter past the subject line.
