#217415 RE: 10bambam #217411

10bambam, I agree with your logic. Good thinking on your part.

I don't have an opinion as to what will happen next week, but surely, if the defendants have no intention of ever allowing discovery, then there is only so much time that remains prior to a forced compromise with the plaintiffs, judge, or otherwise.

The Judge will obviously (at this point thus far) not allow such compromise with her previous order, meaning the only compromise the defense could potentially offer - in my mind, is a partial settlement and/ or other agreement in order to ask plaintiffs to drop the case. In said situation the plaintiff's may have an upper hand and be capable of demanding much more... since so much might be at stake for the FHFA.

I have a feeling a fourth amendment / revised treasury agreement is coming from the FHFA, and the court dilemma will only continue as long as the FHFA defense can delay.

I do not however, foresee the government / FHFA allowing any access to it's documents due to other treasonous actions that may come to fruition if discovery were to be allowed. If document's are allowed through discovery, expect them all to have blacked out sections as might be seen with countless statute of limitation released documents.

Be well,
