Schadel is late 2 years in a row with payroll taxes. I'd rather he be late with the filings than late with taxes, so things are going downhill in my opinion. The late payroll taxes should have been reported in the 10K just like they were for 2012, but they weren't so now we're also talking about a lack of full disclosure unless I missed something.
