He runs it so IMO he owns it and with over 5 mill in debt.. I've been involved with people like this in the past so I know there game.. I bet SHEA doesn't own any assets because all those judgments he's getting or soon will be.. He will probably end up filling chapter 7 sometime in the future to wipe them out like the last guys that owned GDSM did...
