What other judgments do you know of other than the ones that exist. If in fact there were other ones they would have not hesitated to file as if they did wait they may exceed any statute of limitations. In addition they would not have hesitate as they would want to make sure that heir name is at the top for debtors. So unless you know of something new that no one else has knowledge of the basis it is a hollow statement.
Regarding Mike being the owner and the debt liability he faces it would only be an ethical statement that he owns the co. It has no basis in a legal setting.
