Just look at the Florida SOS filings - did that happen by mistake - who would possibly commit such a egregious error.
Who incorporated iEquity? Who incorporated all of the companies involved with AEGY - Robert Hipple - and you think he is just going to walk away - that is being naive.
Who is involved with SKTO and AEGY - Henry Jan, John Burke and Artemus Mayor - and these guys all been involved with Hipple in past share selling schemes.
And it hasn't been the last two years - AEGY didn't change business models until May 2013 - that would be one year ago.
To think Hipple isn't involved is just ignoring the facts and real DD.
Hipple put all of the shells together - SKTO - AEGY - NOHO and he can't have his name out front - but just follow all of the convertible notes.
