If that's what happened (trading restricted for tradable), it resulted in the O/S being lowered (by 3 bln if i remember correctly). Those restricted shares were due to be released at some point in time anyway. This way they might (he could hang on to them for all we know) come on the market sooner, but at least there will be less of them than before the supposed switch happened. All imo
