Remember it was wsgi that went to them. If you hire me to advertise your product across many media platforms and nobody wants your product because it's riddled with problems that's not my fault. You're just trying to justify the reason they don't pay their bills. I've watched this company for a decade now and this is standard fodder. They don't pay their bills, never have. My prediction is that the new old mgmt is creating a new legacy of continued debt judgements and this new lawsuit is just the beginning of a new round of contract indebtedness. This time there won't be a name change or guard change. The heavy bags you all carry for them will be yours for good.
No different than you or I agreeing to pay someone for a service, and it was never performed or the obligation was not filled, or it did not meet expectations. Again, what did they do for the BIB? Its gone, pretty much says it right there.
