You are completely wrong , it's not about me or you. You started this conversation not me. I simply placed a fact (another lawsuit for unpaid bills, which by the way, this company has plenty of) on this board and you questioned the validity of the suit. Might I remind you that they've lost 100% of their bad debt suits and this one will be no different. I have nothing to gain or lose by being here.
Not sure what your point is. He should not have posted about the lawsuit? The company should not pay its bills? The vendor does not deserve to be paid?
Seems like there was nothing personal at all about the post. As a shareholder I want to know that this is happening and am thankful that someone has taken the time to provide this information.
