I posted my doubt because I have been misled on other penny stocks similar in price to this one. I ended up losing 1/2 of my value, because I listened to the pumpers touting great things from the company that never happened. I waited very long time, several weeks and I ended up selling for 1/2 what I paid for the shares while the pumpers were fast at work lying to everyone. I hope this is not just a petty daytrade but a real deal. If the Company is going to put its neck out and say that a merger is coming they better deliver or this stock will be cut into 1/2 or 3/4, 5/6 its current value. I say this with a bit of trepidation since I am holding over 2M shares. So I expect all this hype to turn into reality sooner will be better. The press release on 4/5/2014 said within the first week and we are over into the 2nd week and nothing has been put out. They owe us an explanation in a new press release one way or the other.
