street: This suit won't put Scanbuy out of business. The interesting parts of the suit, most of which we previously guessed:

1. Scanbuy believes they have a license to NeoMedia's patents through Microsoft;
2. Scanbuy does not believe NeoMedia has a license to MFR patents;
3. Scanbuy never paid royalties from the arbitration settlement;
4. Scanbuy sued NeoMedia in March 2014;
5. The Scanbuy PR on stopping patent trolls was targeted at NeoMedia (and that seems to be the central complaint);
6. NeoMedia alleges Scanbuy is only infringing '048 and '597 - which is the part that surprises me.

Perhaps this is their second chance to do so.
This time, they seem to have demonstrated their opinion that they are above the law, by not complying with prior agreements and court decisions. Perhaps we will be very pleased with the outcome this time around. We'll see
