1. Scanbuy believes they have a license to NeoMedia's patents through Microsoft;
2. Scanbuy does not believe NeoMedia has a license to MFR patents;
3. Scanbuy never paid royalties from the arbitration settlement;
4. Scanbuy sued NeoMedia in March 2014;
5. The Scanbuy PR on stopping patent trolls was targeted at NeoMedia (and that seems to be the central complaint);
6. NeoMedia alleges Scanbuy is only infringing '048 and '597 - which is the part that surprises me.
