A informative FORM 10 from USEI showing GROWTH with anticipated Q/Q GROWTH can and would do wonders for the PPS here. Tossing out numbers in PR's just does NOT do it anymore for most investors! Works great for the pumpers and shorts but in the end, investors are NOT impressed.
JMHO but financials drive a PPS up and with everything that is apparently now falling into place, it appears to me if their are no more shares tossed into the mix or handed out in making deals with plus with REVENUE flow starting, USEI could be on track to be firmly implanted well into penny land by end of Sept. 2014!!
I will SRESS that financials showing GROWTH are the necessary catalyst to make this work for everyone. Without them, this goes NOWHERE!!
