Why does CYBL filing an annual report indicate news is coming?
They filed their last annual report exactly 1 year ago and there was no "news" after that.
They don't even update the website.

The two derivative patents are still in the USPTO process and have not been issued yet. The Company is continuing to perfect these filings per the USPTO process.

The Company confirmed the basic contact, officer and business profile information for Cyberlux Corporation in compliance with the OTC Market requirements.

Anything related to convertible notes is current within a filing.

Yes, still deferred comp for officers.
