If anything, being down 84% from its high seems like a RIDICULOUS time to sell and a PERFECT TIME TO BUY, especially considering this is a company with a REAL website, a REAL set of products, and which is part of an industry which will only expand as legalization continues across the country. I see no reason on earth why this is not a good buy at this level.
Who ever got rich by selling a stock down 84%?? Not many. A LOT of people, however, get rich by buying stocks which are down 84%.
