You must be kidding. Do you think Nisse would see the site and then invest in 4.500.000 shares and also become a member of the BOD if this was a scam? Do you also think that all other that have been there and after that invested in the company would do that if it was a scam? Haven't you learned anything of the endless discussions that has been on this chat? The PPS is low beacause of dilution and that's because there hasn't been any other way to finance the growth.

Nef, I don't believe the company is a scam, you would recognize the signs, denying everything, hyping everything, hiding everything. I don't see that here. Management might not be the best but they try to be transparent, they have tours, conferences, applied for two senior exchanges and a S1 with all the scrutiny that entails. They let Joe ask multiple ridiculous questions on the calls.

What we have here is what we have said all along, a complex capital structure, a failure of management to execute in key areas (financing, sr. exchange, dividends, cfo), extreme dilution and resulting dumping.

So let's take a look at the future which is only what we can do at this point. The stock is in the crapper, good (very undervalued), CFO said to come soon (let's pray they do this quickly and don't blow smoke up our butts again), Dan the new board member seems good (let's hope he's the real deal), build out of the five year plan is almost done, revenues are rapidly ramping up, huge mega farm announced, NAZ still a possiblity (let us all pray), financing still out there (let us all pray) and finally finally I believe Solomon know he needs to create value for us soon, he gets it.

So all in all I like how the odds are stacked up now. Could we crap out, certainly. Could the light finally be coming in, I believe so....
