That makes NO sense WHATSOEVER. Ceo says people WANT the comp to rs ??? What ? Huh??? They are attacking the bid ? So the ceo is saying PEOPLE WANT TO LOSE 90 % OF THEIR MONEY ? I BET YU within 3 weeks that ceo reverses this syock. What a fabricator !!!

Why would he tell you he was doing an RS? Doesn't it make sense that that he could not tell you in a private communication even if he was?


He said the same thing in a conference call two weeks before the last RS.

The fact of the matter is ECDC has mountains of convertible debt holders and to remain compliant with the convertibility of the debt he needs more shares so an RS will be forced on him by his wild spending on himself not the company.

ECDC is a scam and nothing more a pump dump rinse repeat.

He emailed many of us the same statement of no RS, as well as publicly stated it on a publicly broadcasted interview. Clearly turned out to be a meaningless and polar opposite statement after he decided to then do a RS, so be careful in what you believe.
