Sorry, can't accept that without any evidence except - I SWEAR IT'S TRUE! Although there is ample reason to question why Thero holds the position of CEO, there is no reason to believe that he refused or failed to negotiate a compromise with the FDA.

Why can't you post the proof ? Replace his name with Mr. X in the conversation.

Erase any other info that might cause problems to his privacy.
