This one will run. It's almost a mirror of the recent UNQT spike. That stock was dormant as well, lots of sell offs, dropped to 0.0001 many many times, no news was coming, poor outlook, scammer ceo, etc etc and within two weeks it leaped to 0.0009 and is now currently still at like 0.0004 or 0.0005. The charts are there, I doubt a R/S is coming yet, maybe in the future, but not right now. I do believe quarterly financials are due any day now, so look out for those and I'm betting this will run. It was a 0.0020 - 0.0042 stock just less than three months ago.
