Exactly right. Again, people do not know how to read. This isn't an approval, yet. But it does provide needed proof that they are close. Only issue that was part of the PR is whether or not REGEN will get Orphan Status. Hopefully that will part of the approval because that would really help Regen get this treatment, assuming it works, into deserving patients ASAP.
