perhaps a new sticky is warranted ... looks like the business of Cetek Technologies is no longer relevant. Hope we find out soon what/who is.

From what I can tell, Cetek is now profitable and FH wants the whole thing to himself. To accomplish this, he "takes Cetek private" and to accomplish this, he pays the shareholders nothing? A public company can't just go private on the whim of the CEO. How does FH get away with this?
I'm not sure why anyone familiar with CTKH would think that whatever this new entity wouldn't just dilute it into the billions of shares like dozens/thousands of other pinks. Until this changes tiers, it's a pink.
