How can I attend the Annual Meeting?

Attendance at the Annual Meeting is limited to stockholders as of the Record Date. Admission to the Annual Meeting will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Please email Barbara Johnson at [e-mail] if you plan to attend. Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on the date of the Annual Meeting, and each shareholder may be asked to present valid picture identification such as a driver’s license or passport and proof of stock ownership as of the Record Date. Stockholders holding stock in brokerage accounts (“street name” holders) will also need to bring a copy of a brokerage statement reflecting stock ownership as of the Record Date. The use of cell phones, smartphones, pagers, cameras, recording and photographic equipment and/or computers is not permitted in the meeting rooms at the Annual Meeting.
