The SEC would never had let Growlife resume trading if they smelled anything resembling fraud. That would have been negligent on they're part and opened them up for a class action lawsuit. Jmho

You are extremely naive if you believe the govt administers laws with a blind fold. Not saying Phot is strictly innocent, but my opinion is they were targeted and provided some rope.
