That's not investing 101. The first and most important lesson is to run from fraud. Anything else can be tolerated, even crappy management. But fraud, there is nothing worse. There is no recovery when you have a gutted shell of a securities fraud company trying to strike it rich and promising the moon in the next big thing. The SEC does not suspend stocks for no reason. Nor for political reasons. They strictly enforce securities fraud laws.
