Maybe so, but in reality what monies will be left after paying off DB and the other wolves that must be paid from the money they receive from FQ? They will most likely try to do something with the HL because that's about all that's left in Panama, but unless they can source more money Portugal may be out of the picture. We know Spain will be.

I'm waiting to see if there's any other news to come because they've had forever to get something done. They knew where they stood and what they'd get from FQ, so what's next? Another attempt at getting more financing? Another dilution? Going belly-up?
