I certainly agree that he'd be a fool not to push the price higher, but hate to say I've seen many other companies run by fools. I.E. companies that issued new stock prior to major announcements they had to know were coming where they could have either issued far fewer shares for the same amount of cash, or where the shares they issued would have brought in far more cash.

It's my belief that companies, and MM's work together with Institutions to place the shares in their hands, and frankly the company's sold a bill of goods by those promoting the issuance of new stock shares. In all cases it's the small shareholders who are the big losers as the Institutions take greater percentages of the companies, and do so at bargain basement prices.

I'm not saying many Institutions want shares of CTKH, but with so few shares outstanding, I don't know that the MM's, etc, won't happily pay FH $.5 million for each million shares he's willing to sell them by issuing new shares. Does he really care if he puts $5 million in the bank and the share count grows to 12 million, while I wish he did, his history has been one of screwing the individual investors, I don't know that he'll change.

Round gave you guys a gift. he discovered DisplayTek in a conversation with FH and provided a clue as to why FH created DisplayTek, the creation and success of which led to the source of the funding needed to launch DisplayTek. The money comes from Cetek Terchnology Inc stock valuation (read its shareholders). If you guys will take time to read the references in my post #17835 (#17099, #17102 and #17404) you would see that Cetek Technologies customers receive DisplayTek shares, the appreciation of which is based on the value of Cetek Technology shares. Employees of DisplayTek can benefit by a higher valued Cetek Technologies stock. FH needs to cleanup Cetek Technologies legal authority in order to benefit the shareholder's in DisplayTek. As far as I can tell, there is no parent/subsidiary relationship between DisplayTek and Cetek Technologies Inc."

He'd be even more of a fool for splitting first, then selling below the pre-split pps.
Not seeing that happen, just to illustrate how he would make more money by selling pre-split.
Perhaps FH doesn't like money?

Besides, the AS doesn't leave any room for dilution.
Plus, the recent actions coming from FH indicate something entirely different IMO
