I certainly agree that he'd be a fool not to push the price higher, but hate to say I've seen many other companies run by fools. I.E. companies that issued new stock prior to major announcements they had to know were coming where they could have either issued far fewer shares for the same amount of cash, or where the shares they issued would have brought in far more cash.
It's my belief that companies, and MM's work together with Institutions to place the shares in their hands, and frankly the company's sold a bill of goods by those promoting the issuance of new stock shares. In all cases it's the small shareholders who are the big losers as the Institutions take greater percentages of the companies, and do so at bargain basement prices.
I'm not saying many Institutions want shares of CTKH, but with so few shares outstanding, I don't know that the MM's, etc, won't happily pay FH $.5 million for each million shares he's willing to sell them by issuing new shares. Does he really care if he puts $5 million in the bank and the share count grows to 12 million, while I wish he did, his history has been one of screwing the individual investors, I don't know that he'll change.
