If they truly have such gold in their portfolio, they need to develop it to the point where the first few licensees scare the $hit out of their non-licensing competitors. This would set off a bidding war, hopefully reaching the tens of $billions.

If some stupid company like Twitter or King Entertainment or Whats App can gain such valuation (or more), then Larry would be remiss if he didn't get significantly more for the potentially world-changing technology that Mantra has.

If the price is right (about $10/share right now), MVTG is likely to sell the company.

If not, MVTG will follow the licensing and R&D model, rather than try to move into manufacturing and marketing, and all the headaches they involve.
