There are some posters that are not happy all the time.

All you need to know, and all verifiable facts if you care to do the due diligence :

- No significant revenue for years.
- A history of PR's claiming a constant stream of new distribution agreements all over the world, yet still no revenues.
- Repeated denials by the FDA including DeNovo applications.
- Repeated claims by management they are "waiting by the fax machine for FDA approval at any moment".
- A loss in share value of over 98% since 2009.
