I did the math and the RONs - (with value or not TBD) are 35% of the payoff of the LT claim H has - such claim growing by some accretion factor

When PIERS and DIMEs signed the Releases, there was an OPTION to have up to 50% of our payment in RONs. We were not "required" to accept RONs as payment, but it seems like everyone was paid in RONs anyway, regardless of the details of the Releases.
