I actually want to see the company do well insighter.
What do you think you would accomplish?
A productive way to make change would be to identify talent we could bring to the company. No offense.

class action would be one way, but is it that bad, and would it solve anything right now, I don't really know. they touted and focused solely on the BIB for 2 years, if it does not benefit WSGI in the same way going forward, I imagine they have a lot of explaining to do at the SHM or to a lawyer since more that 10M shares have been put in float, or given to officers in the last couple years.
Best thing to do is document all activity by the company.

Why not let it play out. Your going to put the breaks on any chance we may have? So many people are under water here. A class action or lawsuit will shut this down and we will all lose everything. Not that we have anything, yet.
I just don't see why anyone would do that when they don't even know where this is going or what the plan is. What will you accomplish? The Hess's went along with this. That should tell you something.
Filing a class action to keep the rights of the BIB and firing all employees which is where you are going will get you nowhere. Dan Erdberg is now with the other company and he is the point man in all of this contact with the military. Are you going to force him to work for you? Or put in a new guy to deal with the military? Your completely wasting your time.

All my opinion.
