Can a TA give out info that is not approved by FINRA? This is something that i would like to see some hard evidence on as it would clearly indicate that the TA is giving out misleading info.

It is strange that the RM has not been confirmed or share structure update from FINRA but the TA can say what it is going to be, how is that possible. Add to the fact that they are no where to be found the last couple days.

I called 3-4 times over the last couple weeks and always got a quick answer. I called a couple times yesterday and as everyone else is saying I did not get an answer. I will try again today and ask them the very same question that i asked here, if FINRA hasn't approved how can you say this is going to happen?

I agree. There is a select few on IHUB, when posting, that I will read, because they have proven that they know what they are talking about.

Rob, call the TA rather than making assumptions.
