Dude what you say carries absolutely no weight with me nowadays!!! I'd much rather wait or info from the company than some T/A who no one even knows the company is using, let alone who is giving accurate info! BTW 10000:1 sounds absurdly ridiculous based on NVSOS FILINGS!!!!!

I did again call the TAs office multiple times yesterday at different hours because many reported no answer. They did not answer all day.

You don't need to assume anything. All splits require filing an action with the SOS in the companies domiciled state.

This was done already on April 21 by MONA/FlexPower with the Nevada SOS.

The filing with Finra is only requires 10 days notice to the effective date and may not have even been filed yet.

So the arguement that the TA has info directly from Finra that supersedes the Nevada SOS filings is BS.
